Travel grants
1. Conditions for applicants - Applicants must be part of a ProteoCure member laboratory, clinic, or industry. - Applicants should be registered and have an active role in the meeting, i.e. present a poster or short talk or be selected for an oral presentation. - Priority will be given to Young Researchers and Innovators (less than 40 years old by COST definition), to participants from ITC/NNC countries, and taking into account gender balance. - Priority will be given to applicants who demonstrate financial need and who would otherwise not be able to attend the event without financial support. - The reimbursement process will be initiated after the meeting and is outlined in the attached Travel Grants Guidelines. - Important: Please review the Travel Grants Guidelines to estimate your Travel Grant:
2. Submitting the application - Apply for the grant by filling this online form: https://forms.office.com/e/LuSvHT561y before March 11th, 2025, 11:59 AM (CET). - Include an estimate of the costs of the meeting, strictly following the indications as in the Travel Grant Guidelines: . Daily allowance (including accommodation, meals, and short-distance travel) is paid as a lump-sum, and it has been fixed in 170€. Calculate the amount according to the day and hour of arrival and departure, as indicated in the guidelines. . Long-distance travel costs are calculated on face-value. Please submit the real price of the tickets or a realistic estimate.
3. Selection of grantees - The Scientific Committee will select the grantees from the applications received by March 11th on the basis of scientific excellence and the priorities outlined above. - Applicants will be communicated by email by the beginning of April.
